Recently, Synagie, a well?known digital commerce SaaS service provider in Southeast Asia, officially signed with YonBIP Premium Edition, fully launching the construction of the group’s global digital intelligence platform. Synagie’s parent company Synagistics is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its business covers eight countries and regions: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong (China) and Spain. With the continuous expansion of global business, the cross?border and multi?business operating model has brought practical challenges to Synagie’s group operation and management. Each region adopts localized independent financial systems without unified group?wide master data and accounting standards, resulting in data silos. Multinational consolidation reconciliation and report summarization largely rely on manual spreadsheet processing, which requires heavy manpower and makes data consistency hard to guarantee. The self?developed OMS order system is not deeply interconnected with the financial system, creating breaks in the business?finance data link and increasing difficulties in cost collection and multi?dimensional profit accounting. To address Synagie’s group control requirements for multi?country operations, YonBIP Premium Edition gives full play to its native global capabilities to build a unified group?level information platform. Subsidiaries across the eight countries and regions are configured as independent Business Units (BUs). The One Global Ledger is implemented to unify the group’s chart of accounts, master data, accounting procedures and reporting system. Each Business Unit retains adaptability for local tax and accounting standards, realizing "one single platform, unified global control and local compliance in each country". Focusing on Synagie’s business scenario where its self?developed OMS platform connects with multiple e?commerce marketplaces, YonBIP Premium Edition realizes deep integration of heterogeneous systems via APIs. Core master data including customers and suppliers is synchronized in real?time. Front?end business data such as orders, inventory, settlement and collections automatically flow to the financial module. Business documents automatically generate accounting vouchers to replace massive manual entry, shifting financial accounting from post?event booking to real?time business?driven accounting.
