全球設計產業從不缺乏優秀的創意，中國也不缺乏將創意轉化為現實的製造能力。但在兩者之間，並不存在一條天然暢通的路徑。當國際設計構想進入中國，材料、工藝、成本、供應鏈與項目週期，都將參與對設計的重新塑造。
真正困難的，並非找到實現設計的技術，而是在複雜的現實條件中，判斷什麼必須保持，什麼可以重新尋找解法，以及每一次調整之後設計是否依然成立。
The global design industry has never lacked excellent ideas, and China has never lacked the manufacturing capacity to turn them into reality. Yet no naturally smooth path exists between the two. When an international design concept enters China, materials, craftsmanship, cost, supply chain and project timeline all participate in reshaping the design. The real difficulty is not finding the technical means to build the design, but judging—within complex realities—what must be preserved, what can be solved another way, and whether the design still holds after each adjustment.
一種材料的光澤如何影響空間溫度，一件傢俱的尺度如何改變人與建築的關係，一處微小的比例調整又如何影響整體秩序。這些決定最終空間品質的判斷，不僅來自材料知識，更來自長期的設計實踐。
How a material’s sheen affects spatial warmth, how a piece of furniture’s scale changes the relationship between people and architecture, how a slight adjustment in proportion alters overall order—these judgments of spatial quality come not only from material knowledge, but from long-term design practice.
作為矩陣縱橫旗下軟裝陳設一體化交付品牌，MIX積累了不同複雜項目的空間設計理解，以及在體驗、技術、成本、實現之間的判斷經驗。旗下Msol Studio原創家居與全球生活方式集合品牌，持續輸出獨立美學設計產品；Ark Art 暗殼生態庫以產品資源與AI工具，連接產品與設計師、空間場景及終端用戶。
三者共建「原創理解—產業實現—科技連接—生活應用」的協同機制，支撐MIX從設計理解出發，重新組織軟裝陳設、FF&E深化、非標定制、採購供應鏈與項目交付之間的關係。
As Matrix Design’s integrated soft furnishing and delivery brand, MIX has accumulated spatial design understanding across complex projects of different types, together with experience judging between experience, technology, cost and realization. Its Msol Studio, an original homeware and global lifestyle collection brand, continues to produce design products with independent aesthetic value; Ark Art Ecosystem connects products with designers, spatial scenarios and end users through product resources and AI tools.
Together, the three build a collaborative mechanism spanning “original understanding — industrial realization — technological connection — living application,” supporting MIX in starting from design understanding and reorganizing the relationship among soft furnishing, FF&E development, non-standard customization, procurement and supply chain, and project delivery.
GCC聯泰超總灣坐落於深圳灣超級總部基地，海灣、濕地與城市天際線在同一片場域裏交匯，自然景觀與都市文明彼此疊合，構成這座城市最稀缺的一段視野。

Kelly Hoppen以“永恆迴響”為主題，以黑白秩序、克制線條與柔和光影，賦予空間安靜而深刻的戲劇性。窗外海灣如流動畫作，讓建築、室內與自然交融。MIX將頂豪價值從佔有地段轉為安放日常，空間成為人與世界校準距離之處。於是，軟裝以更低調的姿態退後一步，海灣仍在，喧囂已遠。
With “Eternal Echo” as its theme, Kelly Hoppen uses an order of black and white, restrained lines and soft light to give the space a quiet, profound drama. The bay outside becomes a flowing painting, allowing architecture, interior and nature to merge. MIX translates the value of top-tier luxury from owning a location to anchoring daily life; space becomes a place where one recalibrates distance from the world. Soft furnishing thus steps back in a more understated manner—the bay remains, the noise recedes.

PARACHILNA art lighting intervenes with a breathing rhythm of light and shade, making light an emotional measure of the space. But “breathing” is not merely a set of parameters—it is a rhythm that must be judged in advance and calibrated repeatedly. True design collaboration is a shared understanding of design language, not mechanical reproduction.

臨灣而居，城市綠意與自然天光進入日常。柔軟的織物、皮革與天然石材在細膩對比中建立層次，以光、景、材質與比例構築安靜有力的私人棲居。頂層人居的真正尺度，在於空間能否讓人卸下世界，重新回到自己。卡拉卡塔石材的天然紋理，C&C Milano與Tibor面料的觸感，棉麻織物的色澤與垂墜方式，都需要被放回空間的整體關係中理解。
Living by the bay, urban greenery and natural daylight enter daily life. Soft textiles, leather and natural stone build layers through delicate contrast, constructing a quiet, powerful private dwelling with light, view, material and proportion. The true scale of top-tier living lies in whether space allows one to set down the world and return to oneself. The natural texture of Calacatta stone, the touch of C&C Milano and Tibor fabrics, the color and drape of cotton-linen—all must be understood within the overall spatial relationship.

當國際設計進入中國，材料與產品的選擇不可避免地面對不同市場的現實條件。關鍵不在找到某種相似材料，而在判斷不同選擇對設計產生的影響，建立品質、成本與項目條件之間的平衡。這份判斷，唯有真正理解倫敦工作室確認過的質感，才得以實現。
When international design enters China, material and product choices inevitably confront different market realities. The key is not to find a similar material, but to judge how different choices affect the design and to balance quality, cost and project conditions. Such judgment can only be realized once the quality standard confirmed by the London studio is truly understood.
窗外海潮與室內「潮痕」彼此映照，動靜遠近間，將自然的流動轉化為可感知的藝術語言。手作留下時間的痕跡，材料與陳設賦予空間超越視覺的溫度。居住不再堆疊物質，生活質感便轉向不可複製的時間感與手作溫度。
The tides outside and the “tide marks” inside echo each other; between movement and stillness, distance and proximity, nature’s flow is translated into a perceptible artistic language. Handcraft leaves traces of time, while materials and furnishings give the space a warmth beyond the visual. When dwelling no longer piles up material, the quality of living shifts toward an irreproducible sense of time and the warmth of handcraft.

手作的溫度最難被工業化複製。MIX提前介入工藝驗證，與工匠共同確定肌理樣本、手作路徑與驗收標準，讓「潮痕」成為可觸摸的時間痕跡。不可複製的，從來不是手作這個動作，而是知道它在不完美的地方如何表达。
The warmth of handcraft is the hardest to reproduce industrially. MIX intervenes early in craft verification, working with artisans to define texture samples, handcraft paths and acceptance standards, so that the “tide marks” become touchable traces of time. What cannot be reproduced is never the act of handcraft itself, but knowing how it expresses itself in its imperfections.
中國龐大的製造體系，為複雜設計的實現提供了充分可能。但同樣的供應體系、採購流程与項目管理機制，也未必能夠在複雜項目中形成一致的設計判斷。這有賴於MIX長期積累的設計認知、經驗樣本，以及組織不同資源共同實現設計的能力。
China’s vast manufacturing system offers ample possibilities for realizing complex designs. Yet the same supply system, procurement processes and even project management mechanisms may not necessarily produce consistent design judgment in complex projects. This depends on MIX’s long-accumulated design understanding, experience samples, and its ability to organize different resources to jointly realize design.
從珠海九洲公寓到GCC聯泰超總灣多套樣板間，MIX與Kelly Hoppen的合作持續發生。當協作從一次項目走向重複合作，設計信任便從一次交付的完成度，轉向一套可以被反復調用的默契。正如Kelly Hoppen在來訪交流中談到：
From Zhuhai Jiuzhou Apartments to multiple show units at GCC Global Coast Center, MIX’s collaboration with Kelly Hoppen continues. As collaboration moves from a single project to repeated partnership, design trust shifts from the completeness of one delivery to a shared rhythm that can be repeatedly invoked. As Kelly Hoppen remarked during her visit: “Integrity. Trust. Understanding what we’re good at, what you’re good at.”
這條協作路徑，正在向更多國際設計事務所延伸，Yabu Pushelberg?、1508 London等國際共創項目正在發生。
> 對國際設計事務所而言，進入中國稀缺的不是執行方，而是一個可以被託付的判斷者。
> 對開發商而言，這意味著可以更放心地邀請國際大師，讓設計不僅能在效果圖裏驚豔，更能在中國現場被準確還原。
> 對矩陣縱橫而言，是讓中國長期積累的設計實踐、產業知識與實現能力，深入參與全球設計的創造過程，更是托舉設計出海的中國底氣。
This collaborative path is extending to more international design studios. Yabu Pushelberg?、1508 London and other international co-creation projects are underway. For international design studios, what is truly scarce in China is not an executor, but a judgment-maker who can be trusted. For developers, it means inviting international masters with greater confidence—so that design is not only stunning in renderings but accurately realized on Chinese sites. For Matrix Design, it means letting China’s accumulated design practice, industrial knowledge and realization capability participate more deeply in global design creation—and supporting design going global with Chinese strength.

Green also supports collaboration. Modular seating in the atrium can be rearranged for rest, exchange or informal meetings. Greenery is therefore not merely viewed but used, returning spatial flexibility to staff.
