葛海蛟会见加拿大国际贸易部长西杜

近日，中国银行董事长葛海蛟在中国银行总行大厦会见加拿大国际贸易部长西杜一行，围绕加强全方位务实合作深入交流。中国银行副行长杨军参加会见。

双方一致表示，随着中国持续扩大高水平对外开放、加拿大积极拓展多元化国际市场，中加两国经贸投资合作发展空间愈发广阔。双方将以此次会见为契机，进一步加强在双边贸易投资合作、资本市场互联互通、两国人文交流往来等领域的互利合作，为深化中加经贸关系注入强劲动力。

Ge Haijiao Meets with Maninder Sidhu, Minister of International Trade of Canada

Recently, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with Maninder Sidhu, Minister of International Trade of Canada, and his delegation at the Bank’s Head Office in Beijing. They held in-depth discussions on strengthening all-round practical cooperation. Yang Jun, Executive Vice President of Bank of China Limited, also attended the meeting.

Both sides recognized that, as China continues to advance high-standard opening-up and Canada actively pursues trade diversification, there is growing scope for the two countries to deepen their economic, trade and investment cooperation ties. They also agreed to take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in areas such as bilateral trade and investment, capital market connectivity, and people-to-people exchanges, thereby injecting fresh impetus into the development of China-Canada economic and trade collaboration.
